The story of Loric and Diana

By DarkPaladine

Listen my friends and listen well for to you I have a story to tell
About Lady Diana a princess she may be,and Sir Loric a knight
brave as can be..
Lady Diana was promised to wed, a king chosen by her father
whom had lost his head. Tis not her fault that he was so old
but his hand she once held were ever so cold.
She told the King that she was promised to wed,I am sorry my
Lord I will not share your bed.
It is not that you are unkind, but I hate to have your warty hands
on my behind.
The chosen King into a rage he did fly and tired Lady Diana to
a mighty oak tree to die.
If you will not be my bride. Then to the belly of beast you will
soon be inside, But fate steped in as she started to cry, Alone
came a knight, on  a great steed he did ride.
He sat tall of the saddle his armor was worn, But when he saw
the damsel his heart strings were torn.
He saw her face and asked why she did cry and she told him her
story and how she was left to die.
Sir Loric said to the lady tied to the tree, You will not die but only
the beast who now stands before me.
With that said he leaped from his steed and sent beast bits flying
about the great tree.
As he turned to lay the very last blow the mighty oak was the last
to go. He took his lady by the hand and told her our castle we will
build on this land.
