We will Rebuild

Say what you want and say what you will
we folks here on the Gulf Coast will rebuild.
Katrina came through and kicked our ass,
She took away the Casinos and the old homes
of the past.
She washed out Long Beach when she came on land and look how she tore up Pass Christian.
Let's not forget when she crossed the bay, She
destroyed Bay St Louis and washed Waveland away.
The winds and water were her big gun,She even
aimed them at Pearlington. She took away homes and even some land,but she could not
take away the fact that United we all stand.
We picked ourselves up and dried our eyes and
got together and swallowed our pride.
We picked up tool and gave each other a hand
and here is where we will all stand.
Yes say what you want and say what you will
together the GulfCoast people will rebuild.
