A Heart full of Hate

How can anyone be born with a heart full of hate?
Does he bring it with him from another life
a long time ago? I really want an answer does
anyone know.
How can a small child take a bat and beat up
a friend? Was it taught by his parents or does
it come from deep within.
How does a child that was concived with loveing desire think nothing of setting his
family and home on fire.
How does a child who is shown that life can be fun, think nothing of killing his family
with his daddy's gun.
How can a child be born with a heart full of
hate? did this happen to him because he was
born a few seconds late?
