Carnal Eclipse at High Noon

By climaks

The meat on the hook
It’s not dangling there just for show
Decoration for forbidden celebrations, you know
If that were you
Setting sail,
waving gallantly on the noose
This party would disgust you

Hang em’ high, Hang em’ high
Hang em’ high touch the sky
Icarus wait for this,
Watch me to see how I fly
Watch the gallows eclipse the sun
Bring the horizon soon
Icarus wait for this,
The eclipse at high noon

Kill the lights with a sacrifice
Dangle from chains to start the show
Decoration for forbidden celebrations, you know
Now you can see
Like me,
Waving alone on the noose
This parties disgusting
But this is what we do.

Hang em’ high, hang em’ high
Take the son to the sky
Jesus bear your cross
Watch gallows bring high noon
Douse the horizon in a cranial ellipse
Bring the horizon soon
Icarus wait for this,
The eclipse at high noon

Wow. This could be a song. An amazing, beautiful, brutal song.
