Blind

By darkcoldplace

silence falls upon deaf ears
beauty, upon blind eyes

it always rains behind these eyes
the sun only goes skin deep

the storm hides the destruction i wrought
the damage is done to the undeserving

but only until they strike back.....
they hit with deadly acuracy

they exact thier revenge in blood and
torture that is inhumane... but fair

rip out the stone, cold heart
and leave it broke and bleeding

stab at the ears, and create a tortureous silence
slash the eyes, making me blind
