Rumors I hear
Coming from you
Tales of broken hearts,
Weeping women,
Lives of youth abruptly cut
With precision unequalled
By earth’s greatest surgeons.
Creating jealously,
Hatred,
Thoughts of murderous revenge and just rage,
Feasting on your soul,
Binding you to hell.
These rumors
You know-
The ones ignorance darkens your vision to repent.
Never to be saved
From your spinning wheel of untruths told
Destined to suffer
Consequences one-thousand fold.
