Chapter 5 King of the Burning Coal

By Henry Coldnight

At first,
I thought she was
rather amusing,
the one who dared to
challenge me
and suffered from my curse,
but now she is really
getting on my nerves.

I had hoped that
she was to become
a problem
for Him (the fool)
and save some troubles
for me.

How dare she,
for rejecting
my honest temptations,
my truthful lies.

How dare she,
for mocking me by
killing my minions,
purging my favorite
rotten-hearts.

How dare she,
for bouncing in between,
instead of breaking apart.

Damn her, a million times!!!
As I'm damned,
for using my power
against myself!

.
.
.
.

Don't worry and
don't be mad,
I cannot be afraid
for I and the darkness
are one.
It's all good, really. I'm okay.
You don't believe me?
Then go burn and die!
.
.
.
.

"Please don't worry and
please don't be mad, my lord.
It's only the matter of
time,
and you'll have her.
pay
in
cash."

You too are making fun of me?
I shall make you
the next in line!
