Beware The Gremlins

By Wren

The gremlins in the corner
Haunt me in my dreams
Their violent smiles
Sharp moldy teeth
Red demon eyes
Long bloody claws
Evil giddy laughs
Blood running down the walls
From the bodies on the ceiling
Decomposing fingernails
Grimy underneath
Fall to the floor
As tears run down my cheeks
Fear is rising in my soul
No more hiding from the truth
I take my sword
Stand up and walk towards the moonlight
Reflecting off the mirror
They get ready
To die
I swing the blade back and forth
Left and right
Chopping them
Stabbing
They scream in pain
Their high-pitched cries pierce
The silence of death
Fear Is Dead

this is one of my very few NON rhyming poems...I personally think I'm a lot better at the rhyming ones.
