Good Mourning

By InsipidTouch

It was a day of life and death
Someone who appeared so full of it
Was actually the one who needed help
You would have never noticed
For her scars were hidden well
From the cuts on her legs and chest
To the ones deeper in her iron heart
All stitched thick inside the casket
Along with wishes and bottled up emotions
Her wishes consisted of mere dreams
Dreams of a better tomorrow
A day she can be free of all pain
Wishing someone would heal her
Just make her whole again
