Blood View

By Storm

Why do I stay with this statue,
cuz that's what you've become
Desensitized, can anything get through
Try to hurt you, but it's like your numb

Willingly trapped on the inside
Watching every step that you take
Do you really think you can hide?
I can see you're about to break

I can't take more of your greed
Your hunger for me, I'm fading away
Once again I find you bleed
Loosing more of me every day

Wasting me won't make it all Go
You know it wont, still you try
Why do you hate me so?
I don't wan't you to die

My place is inside of you
Coursing you veins, feeding your soul
Don't, please don't let the razor through
It won't give you back Control

Desensitised to everything, what became of subtlety... So once said a wise man indeed...To be numb is to hurt those that you love most, it is most often synonimous with regret. I should know :)
