Lunacy and Lust

By Virgils Vigil

He's awake
Make no mistake
Drooling hurls
Vomit swirls
Caramel delight
Blackened light
He can't quite
Fight his fears

Dismembered selection
Delayed erection
Coming on weak
Outlook is bleak
Mirror of travesty
Blackened Majesty
Consumed in calamity
Bitty licks the tears

Dog on the prowl
Innards disemboweled
Carnage of a crawl
No matter how small
Paths of fog and mist
Blackened silent kiss
Lick his bleeding fist
Metal sour flowing gears

Lay him down
Flower beds drown
Irises scarred
No matter how hard
He tries to escape
Blackened cellophane tape
Savors the emotional rape
It may be the last years

Always falling to the floor
Needing, craving something more
Mascara clotted mural
Drenched with tar stands the girl
Infatuated in these tides
Blackened lungs suck smoke of lies
Hollow demise, muffled by her cries
Silhouetted atmospheres

Burnt out soul here for rent
Every day makes a dent
Deception caresses her face
Conception merely to erase
Bonds broken; eking pain
Blackened blood in my vain
Who cares it's all the same
No shame, melancholy cheers

Swooned by Lunacy and Lust
Only in darkness does he trust
The End may bring him peace
Scraped from bone, Skarlett flesh feast
Tossed and thrown about the room
Blackened shadow of the moon
Whispered flux, come too soon
Doom ringing in his ears

Lay him down
Flower beds drown
Irises scarred
No matter how hard
He tries to escape
Blackened cellophane tape
Savors the emotional rape
It may be the last
