Due to increasing popularity, DP's overseers have forked out some fat cash for a sexy new Dell 1425SC server.

Some folks have reported problems logging on since we moved it, and the problem seems to be found and fixed at this time. It was a bug in some underlying code that jumped up and surprised us, mostly affecting Internet Explorer users. (it didn't bother the non-conformists so much)

For the geeks out there, this new server is designed for supercomputing clusters, sporting a pair of hyperthreading P4 processors, a pair of mirrored SATA disks and a gig of DDR-2 Ram. Hope you enjoy the speed.

DP's templating system has had a few tweaks, now Pro Members are able to customize every detail, right down to the buttons used on their pages.

We're sure that this will result in mass confusion and protests, but please direct your angst at the guys who make their profiles hard to use, not us. =)

After a fascinating and exhausting journey we have returned. We should be caught up on everything, if you have an issue we still haven't addressed, DPmail or email us about it.

Greetings, As this site is a family run affair, and we will be overseas for about 3wks in various countries visiting family and friends we will not be processing upgrades from December 15th through January 15th give or take a few days.

In addition, credit card charges may be delayed as much as one month so you may see two charges in January if you had none in December.

So if you have plans to upgrade before late January now is the time to do it. Postcard upgrades will also be delayed, but accounts will not be removed until we are back and have gone through all the mail to catch up.
