- "i have been there too , the waiting the holding of my mothers hand as she laboured silently it seemed and when the last breath wa over all i saw was the floor on which i fell to my knees because I had just lost the first woman i had ever loved. My best friend my mother someone who truley loved me unconditionally.

- "I want to add that many teens get to this point by hiding there feelings and intentions from thier loved ones. When a suicide happens the parents are usually in shock because they had know idea how thier child was feeling. They hide it with great care. If you see comments written in a diary about suicide please take them seriously. And to the teens who may be planning to commit suicide please look past the act to the hell that you will be throwing your loved ones in. many times I have had to stop my best friend in the world from joining her daughter, she has never been the same even 7yrs later she is a mess. The loss of a child is the greatest sorrow any parent will ever have to face.

- "I wrote this poem in memory of my best friends 15yr. old daughter, she hung herself by jumping off a washing machine , she was bullied and tormented because of acne and was tired of her mother being addicted to crack, She was a good girl, I didn't see it coming with my tarot cards I thought it was the death of her uncle that I was seeing when I did her moms cards, she left a note in her diary but it was not taken seriously, it was thought to be a teen just letting off steam. More and more teens are committing suicide and the only way to stop it is to understand them and help them see that we all feel this way sometimes we just don't follow through. Depression has to be treated!
