  • "That's the journey: finding a way to build a life of meaning. From the earliest days our ancestors try to decorate the dark walls of caves, so they can transfigure them from a dark, cold, cavern in which they can find refuge into something profound ... both a portal to something endless and a link to past tangible deeds. Our caves are now often cheaply built on top of concrete foundations and we are surrounded by latex painted drywall ... but the task is the same. Find a way to build a life of meaning. Meeting our own immediate physical needs and preferences isn't enough for anyone, there has to be more. That's on each of us. Good luck on your journey! Also, welcome to the site. Ciao, T/S"
