Liquid Death
By Templer
I walk in and stroll around,
Watching everyone suck you down.
They dance and sing and start to yell,
Seems like they’re in heaven but I see hell.
I walk over before the band,
Then someone pushes you in my hand.
I look upon you and fake a smile,
My it has been quite a while.
I knew you once before this night,
Because you got me in that fight.
That fake smile turns into a frown,
As I gently set you down.
As I walk away you make them act,
They have no better judgment, that's a fact.
I drive away and they do too,
My life’s in danger because of you.
One of them crashes and then another,
Now they’re all screaming for their mother.
My heart weeps before it sinks,
Because they took those few drinks.
