Calm to chaos

By dragonserpent

With the first step into oblivion,
Calm to chaos the quivering momentum of the desire,
A sublime urge posing as a hidden agenda,
Reeking of solemn guilt and self borne annihilation,
The ravages of the last few moments finally caught up,
Locked in and unending as time flows past into the abyss,
Traveling to another dimension,
The forgotten era of switch-blade counter strikes targeting the soul,
Total armageddon,
Fast chance of fleeting hope quickly in sync with the natural world,
But calm to chaos is the ever changing present of the past,
Torment of the soul as it smashes against the conscious,
Weep for the tears of the forebears run red with fool’s pride,
Cease or become deceased,
Cries of the armageddon,
Torment of the savages falling to the dead angels of protection,
But need it not be your weight to bear,
And for not is the soothing vapors of ash raised high,
Falling in snowflakes to blanket the world in sweet poison,
A backfiring of a chain of events,
Lit by the hand that now rest before its owner's battered soul,
Dying on the razors of the sand,
Cut fast into mortality,
Blinded by the storm of popular demand,
Outcries for the outcriers,
Propaganda in a wave of technicolor,
Spoken now by the savage itself,
Called from the demon within,
Ask not what your county can bleed for you,
But what you can bleed for your county.

Thanks everyone, the meaning of this is meant to be taken as you see it, in an eye-of-the-beholder way. (And thanks Magic Hatter.)
