Dearest Dissonance III: Forged Forever

By Armour

"Slowly he mounted the stairs..
..one by one, each a battle...
..of epic proportions, inside,..
....the turmoil of struggle to survive."

What about them in their demise
Unruly, yet just, blanketed in lies
Take a step up, such patience
Is needed to make valid sense

Turn around, prepare with frown
Look back up, it's only a crown
Could he bring forth the bravery
To deem himself to slavery

He speaks to himself in thought
Quiet conflicts in strares wrought
March was to bloom it's newest
While april held intensity, may detest

Over and under the carousel rode
Emotions soar and drag in the ode
On the stairs, can he fight through this
To beat out the self-hate, anxiousness

He looks forward and sees the light
Her bright smile can kill the fright
Under her loving aura of appreciation
He'd have the spirit to conquer nations

Her soft green eyes, can soften his stone!
Walls would melt and reveal weak bone!
Her soft green eyes, can soften his stone!
Walls would melt and reveal weak bone!

Under veil and guise alone
Sits a lady, quaint and prone
So delicate she could pierce
With visage so naturally fierce
Aged under years, so a sage
Foster the tomes of defense rage

Fled with me this angel would soar so distant
Admist the trees below us forever this instant
Orthopedics for weak spine, hold my hand
And let us rise with the sun to remove bland
Into iris we would adventure, so still, yet so alive
Honoured within each soul of other we dive
To find a world of ideas created for us to die
Killed in fields of sharp sun and soft grass to lie
Lost in an accident with label, utopia for two
I would cry until our ocean blankets were blue
