The Love Song

By DarkHeart

I squeezed the universe into a glass
Ball, held inside my hands. It rolled
Dropped, and fell and Shattered
On the floor

I reach down, but it's like
Trying to piece together
Grains of sand.

I shed tears knowing.
Her lies seperate us
Her lies, lie like pieces
Of the universe on the
Floor.

Fine and sharp, they cut me
Make me bleed, turn my skin
Salty, smooth flowing crimson
Red.

I shed salty drops of our
Relationship, knowing our
Love is nothing more then
Pieces on the floor.

I cry
I cry
I cry

Sad and strikingly beautiful. Lies cut me deep as well. Nice read. Thanx.
