Devil Reincarnate
By Lucklost
Droplets of rain come from torn eyes...
Twisted in pain from the torture of his steeple.
Scarred edges twist in and out of the flesh,
Breaking the waterfalls of rapids free into the open.
The heart is a pulsing undesirable lump,
Pumping and pumping warm sanguine rivers for nothing.
Nothing that will free the blackened hearts.
Hearts that are made of lies.
Should these rivers of rubies be free,
Free to the world that the tainted soul sees?
Should our bodies be slaves to this so called "great" land of Earth,
Defying life, trying to find the purpose of being?
He's a devil reincarnate
Seeking deadly sins in the seventh circle.
He's the shadow that breathes in your ear,
Whispering the morbidness of his own heart
In to yours, brainwashing you to become his own.
He lives off of the deadiest poison
That burns the flesh off the bone.
He chains his victim up to the wall,
Caressing her red flesh, making it hurt even more.
In a whisper, he says:
"My love, oh sweet love,
It is too late for redemption now.
This shall be sweet.
Do you think so as well?"

What an interesting peice... brings me back to a past relationship, inwhich I thought of my lover as the devil himself. This can be taken so many different ways. I very much enjoyed this.
