My heart exploded this Christmas when i saw your smiling face in the paper. Thousands of agonizing shards of once happy memories came crashing back into this now cold and frail soul. The taste of your lips, your lilac lotion, the very scent of wood smoke on your worn out blue hoddie all came flooding into the room till i couldn't breath. I sat there reading infront of my family as if it were interesting while my soul let out a scream so primal my ears still ring and my throat still burns. I tried to forget you.
