The pain inside
it dwells in me
Can't put it away
the screaming is inside me
wanting, yearning to come out
twisting and pulling
my insides move
my brain is telling me
this hurting is real
I cant stand it I wasn't
it gone, but i can't put it
behind me

thought of something
thoughts of ways to release the pain
it killing me
cutting and screaming
leads to nothing
so now i sit here
and be nothing and
fill the pain
