Nightingales Song

By Fury

The nightingales song
Inspiring, untiring, serene
An endless night of torture
A horror unspeakable,unseen
The nightingale flies
Tries to stay adrift
But it's blood poors
Pulling it into the rift
Despite determination
The strength of it's heart
It falls from heaven
Ever so torn apart
A tear falls
Adds to the oceans grace
A nightingale floats
Lifeless eyes stare into space
As it's pulled under
Accepting it's death
Hatred is born
From the nightingales last breath

That was quite a scene you painted. I could see every bit of it. I especially love the image of the nightingale floating through the sea. Truly beautiful.
