A Diamond In The Rough

By maddog

Tested, my nerves have been through days of endless agony
Strength grown threw rampage and sorrow
Upon my night of death I await death’s calling
Swept upon dragons wings she came to me without warn
Lifted beyond all that has been real
My heart beats once again without hesitation
Feeding these abandoned veins with purpose
No longer longing for deaths succulent kiss
Awaiting her embrace her taste to raise me above all that matters in a life that is ever ending
Truth of life inflicted from words tongue of wisdom
Devotion and honesty guilty of life’s journeys but convicted of evil purity I long to be a part of her reality now and forever
