porcelain doll
By whispers in the night
Shes dresses
And covers her quivering lips
To try not express
The burning pain
The marks still linger
The thoughts hide in vain
She traces her finger
As she tries to recall the day
That she broke
Just like a porcelain doll
So fragile to it all
With a perfect smile painted on
Cracking mind
Lost, and gone
A fragile porcelain doll
Her green glass eyes
So deep secrets within
Concealing her lies
The blade is thin
The scars, hues of red varies
The stupid choices shes made
But its her hand that carries
The bracelets and band aids
To hide the time she broke.
She cant help it
Shes just a porcelain doll
