reality

By comablackout

is this what it is to be an adult?
i hopelessly cling to the tattered shreds of my childhood
while i worry about "grown up stuff"
i cant afford to live like i used to
mommy used to spoil me
now i live in poverty
daddy was an asshole
now im turning into him
why is it that every time i try to grow up
i get younger
and every time i try and preserve my youth
i wind up having maturity forced upon me

this is the crappiest write ive ever done, dont bother commenting, it belongs in the rant section

youre not turning into your father. you have strength in you to live your life the way you want to, not the way he lived his. you just have to see it for yourself.
