Confusion at its Best

By rage_angel

The noise keeps blaring
But no words can be heard
Walk in to a crowded room
But not be seen
Am I even there
Will anyone care
I sit down next to her
But she overlooks my pain
The eyes are a vacant lot
The sign blowing in the wind
A tumble weed blowing across the street
No one's there
No one's here
Do I really care?
Do I want it to be true?
What's the question
Or the answer I want...no need to know
Where did time go
So many faces
Without features
They are all cheaters
To themselves and to each other
Want to be another
But I can't take a stand
I have no voice,
Only in my head
I have no strength to stand alone
Or am I already done
I know I'm by myself
Locked in a room
But there are many people
Who can't see
That it isn't me

Very nice. It has a very deep but very clear meaning, put together nicely.
