Without You

By addicted_angel

Unsure are the saddened,
Peacefully wanting desire.
Two souls bound together,
Imprisoned by consequence,
Blown by anxious winds.
Soaring shackled only by wonderment,
Stretched to the point of breaking,
Just beyond the reach of your touch.
So near your blood warms my own,
Blushing my cheeks with rose colored hues,
Softening an unyielding foundation,
Leaving a heart filled with wanting,
Only to remain chained to this existence,
Locked in circumstances beyond my command.
Tormented by my undeniable limitations,
Haunted eternally by a life,
Not spent with you.
