Fiend or Foe

By Lexicon

Well well,
Hells bells,

Ive been crying, couldnt you tell?

You may not be-
able to decipher,

But I can tell, see-

I know that

You know that,

You are hurting me.

This is why you try
to drag the humor out of me.

Though you are extremely sly,
You make foolish mistakes,

For you see,
I am not so deprived.

My heart may flutter and fly
with the faintest kisses that you apply,

But I am aware of the fact that you and I
we are not enemies, nor are we allies.
