resurrection

today i died.
like every day before,
but tonight i live,
only to die again.

your rejection,
a stake through my heart.
i can only die so many times.
the love inside, my down fall.

a thousand lives have i lived,
each with one soul purpouse,
that two hearts may be as one,
in life or in death.

these dreams and aspirations,
a dead mans reason for living
the sun will rise and so shall i,
resurrected to die once more.
