Stain

By Ideas

Pieces falling
So like rain
Here then gone
Leaving only this stain
And now I am
Forever to wonder
What happened
How it all went under
It'd be so easy
To pull the trigger
But somehow thoughts of suicide
Make my problems that much bigger
No, I don't much feel
Like dying today
Then again, what's it matter?
I was never living anyway
Blacks and whites
All I see
No colors left, no rainbows now
Yet I claim being happy
Wear this smile
Laughter drowns out pain
Here then gone
I'll never clean this stain...
