a way things can turn

By cut dagger cut

she's walking
we're watching
these signs aren't so hard to miss
she hopes this is a game
nothing but a mind game
she hopes everyone is pretending
to be dead
her streaming tears are cold
she isn't alone

she walks in color
but i see black and white
my body isn't in her stories
i am nothing,she wasn't told about me
i can't breathe
there's a pierce in my lung
it's decayed as it's been there for a while
how could i not tell
i try to reach for her
but as my arm extends out to her
i see her smiling at me

i see blade through my hand
i guess she knew about me,and i was all she saw
she didn't think i was a threat
she did this for fun
i am here
with the decision to be left here
