Lost Prince

By Elf

the queen stepped from her throne,
and passed through her icy wall,
she sought out the one she loved,
to reign with her over all.
she reached her hand out to the beautiful prince,
and her fingers grazed his,
before a princess snatched his had away,
and the prince submitted willing to the new hand,
never to regret this day...
and the queen returned to her great hall,
never again to pass through her icy wall.
