The Kill

By Ctalj

Following the trickle of tainted innocence.
As it caresses the flesh before taking the fall.
Mimicking the tear that drops from despair.
Into a realm of forgotten joy and permanent flaw.

Hunger.
Craving.
Alone and desperate.
Younger.
Slaving.
In the world of hypocrite.

Set aside here your worries of tomorrow.
For there lies in wait the fulfilment of your sorrow.
