Breaking The Mirror

By BlackRobedMage

I look into my angry eyes
Pure hatred reflected within
A reflection shown clearly within
Your reflection
Everything I see reminds me of you
All the pain you put me through
Though taking pleasure in my torment
Once beloved by the angels
Now fallen into your darkness
There is no escape this time
From your haunting image
Now you are a part of me
Never letting my soul at ease
Crying in anger and anguish
The mirror breaks, my fist within
I reach for a sharp edge
Bleeding my veins of thier life
My innocence stolen. my pride gone
I don't care about life anymore
My past always remained to haunt
But no longer will it haunt me
I drop to the floor
Finally at rest away from you
Or am I truly free?
