In the pitch black silent night

By Sapphire

As the darkness falls
The mind knows
vivid the skeletons look
In the darkest of night

As sleep is lost
The deepest fears arise
Not a silhouette I see
In the darkest of night

My Hyde the poet
Pens all the feelings on paper
Emptying the Chambers of pain
In the darkest of night

Dear dear
Read between the lines
There is a noose outline
In the darkest of night

I write some of my best work when I'm not sleeping.... but that being said, this was interesting "vivid the skeleton look in the darkest of night" .... hope you get some rest soon

Sometimes when I can't sleep, my mind feels trapped and it starts to go in weird directions, and I find myself thinking about things that I normally wouldn't be thinking about. Spot on, darlin'. Spot on. Rebs:).
