On The Edge

By Angel Plant

As she stood alone
She saw a light
With shadows so dark
Like a black blanket

There was a chill
As she stood there
So lost and alone
Her eyes bleed

She thought in her head
On the edge of terror
As the world rushed around
And the wind knocked her down

Tears brgin to fall
As you came to me
I was lost in your eyes
As the moonlight I see

You have tainted my thirst
As I tasted your blood
You were my page unturned
As I wander around
