The Goodrich’s

By WickedThingz

I saw the Goodrich’s today
Didn’t realize it has been so long since we last saw them
Not sure they knew
Not sure they cared
As I looked around I saw the Macauley’s
Never knew we were of the same kind

The sun was so bright
I saw the end again
Felt my heart drop I didn’t see the darkness creeping in on me
Feeling the sting
I had to run
Ran to the edge I saw you there as the waves crashed the shore
I thought this nightmare would end
There as I stood on the edge
I could feel the burn as my flesh ripped apart at the seams
Nowhere to run no where to hide
Trapped in this nightmare

The rabbit hole runs so deep
