Beneath the Beauty

By WinglessFaith

Not a beauty but a beast
Part of this heart is deceased
If you could see beyond the skin
You would like none of what's within
A monster in disguise
Look behind my blue eyes
How can I make you see
Maybe I should carve it into me
Numb to the blood letting
This beauty's skin I'll soon be shedding~

  • A former member wrote: I really really liked this. And I don't agree with it being a disguise, more less that beauty is in fact only skin deep and you want this person to see who you truly are. Gj here

  • A former member wrote: Not much point in a disguise if you want everyone to see you. Interesting write.
