A Lovers Pain

By katsmeow

A chance encounter, passing by
Embracing lovers catch the eye
Smiling as they draw apart
they know not, they just broke a heart
And knowing not a change was due
Betrayal wounds a heart so true
Revenge is not the goal in mind
of broken heart with wounds to bind
And lovers heart, by pain unbound
In strangers arms is solace found
