Snip

By DuchessofDoom

Quick snick of the scissors
Swooping down the row
Of fabric with precision
Black thread in tow
The point of the needle gleams
As she sews shut the seams
Of fabric in reams
And the fabric itself
So soft on the shelf
It waits to be sewn
Folded gently, alone
