See Nothing

By WinglessFaith

See the nothing I see
See the nothing that is me
As insignificant as a grain of sand on a beach
With each storm a little closer to the ocean's reach
Touched by everything
But moved by nothing
As trivial as a drop of rain
With each moment nearing the end of my pain
Impacting ground
I make no sound
As meanless as a single song
In your heart for a moment and then gone
Nothingness was the melody
To be forgotten is my destiny
As worthless as rotten meat
Dying from the life I can't beat
Thrown out
I won't pout
As hopeless as is poem
Such feelings should never be shown
