I Depend

By Kittichoo

Chorus:
Do you ever find yourself singing,
to the sound of the machines,
Do you ever feel guilty,
that you must depend

Verse 1:
I need to have food,
and shelter and things,
I must do what you say,
to get what I want,
I know that my wealth,
depends on the machine

*chorus*

Verse 2:
But you can not,
control how I think,
And you can not,
control how I act,
You try so hard,
with bribe of a friend,
but it's solitude,
that I know never leaves

Chorus 2:
Do you ever find yourself looking,
to the destruction of the machine,
Do you ever feel enraptured,
that you may succeed

Verse 3:
I know that it's structured,
so life can be easy,
but must we give up individuality,
just to save a few hours

*chorus 2*

Verse 4:
This is getting too complex,
I'm messing with peoples reality,
they don't want to give up,
what they have been taught,
But all I want,
is to give them freedom

*chorus 2*

Ending:
But if I bring it down,
This machine made for life,
where will we be at,
will we have anything,
Is a dump what I want?

*fade out with the first chorus, sadly*
