Love is

By theassasin3453

What i will never understand about humans is there ability to hold on to something that is false. They choose to give meaning to there lives. But i will never understand why they hurt themselfs with this.

The emotion love, they choose to give it meaning, the feeling of exeptence. What happends when they no longer give meaning to their lives. They say love is powerful, they say love is the best emotion. Those humans are blinded, by there own denial they hide the truth.

In fact love is the reason why people take their own life, why some people cut themselfs. Love creates hope, hope brings higher expections. when hope is crushed the expections sky rocket downward.  Ever so quickly they fall into a dark void of self pity only some are able to escape. Love for humans is a posion, ready to kill at a moments notice

It's a good thing somebody is willing to point out the dark side of love. I think the way to avoid it is to learn to love yourself before you direct your feelings towards another.

I guess love is something only the unloved can understand like this.. indeed, it is true that most people say it is the ultimate happiness. but oftentimes that is fake. A facade. It's just a mask behind which hides a gloomy monster. Love is often just a venom that takes a while to work, and tastes like honey at the start. I feel you, as the circling moth...
