Shadows

By A soulless dark angel

I watch my shadow as I walk down the street,
The curves of my body the moonlight shows makes me feel incomplete,
There's a person I know that's darker than me,
It's the shadow of my self that I see,
Mirrors can show you what you want to see,
While your shadow shows you the truth whatever it may be,
The darkness in my Heart takes over my body,
As this tall dark figure stands beside me,
It repeats my every move,
But in a darker way,
And there's the fear in my heart saying it's okay,
My shadow represent my heart, soul, and mind,
While every other part of me gets darker in time,
