Prayer of a Madman

By creature

Now I lay my head to sleep, May i Dream places far:
Loosing controll.  Nothings right, fair, or painless. But how much are you willing to take before its too far? Everything feels like an army breaking down the door to my mind. It started as a light tap, a gentle rap. Slowly it grew louder. Now all i hear is shouting, crashing, and smashing. Muffled screams of a crying child. Love lost pain, memories haunting like banshees. Waking nightmares end in agony. Coldsweats and fear wretching images. Every piece of my body in aching agony, like knives ripping through the nerves, tendons and muscles. A body like an aged stone and a mind like confetty. How much madness can one take, before I break. Hope I awake.
