Statement

By InTheWorldOfAme

Everybody please take your seats. Court is in session.

Today we are here in the Supreme Court with the defendant, one Jane Doe. She has committed the greatest crime any person can commit.

Our defendant has shared an opinion to the public. She has stated her thoughts and she had spoken her mind.

Our defendant forgot the restriction to her first amendment rights, freedom of speech so long as your opinion matches the majority.

We have several witnesses and several testimonies.

It is our job as the Jury to say whether or not one Jane Doe is innocent – or guilty.

And for the crime of sharing her opinion, we find one Miss Jane Doe guilty.

She is now sentenced to a life in eternal shame. She will be bullied every chance there is. And in her life time she will never redeem herself for the unpopular opinion she chose to share. Her statement can never be taken back.

                                             Court—dismissed.
