Your Everything

By LostInDarkness

A work inspired by My Everything

 I was your everything
But you werent my nothing
Your were my everything
But then you treated me like nothing

You held me to a higher standard
But i held you too
I held you just as high
And you never knew

You did tell me what i needed to hear
But that wasnt to shut you up
I wanted to hear your voice
Because thats what shut me up

I didnt gve you what you wanted to make you shut up
I gave you what you needed to hear
Because even though life is hard for you
Its hard for me to

When i fell, you caught me
When you fell, i caught you
I did the same for you
That you did to me

Every time you bled
Dont think that i didnt too
I know i said pathetic
But i didnt mean you

You loved me more every day
Believe me, i loved the same
You just never believed
When i said i need you

From you, i would not have accepted the world
Because i want to give it to you
I wanted to give to you
So you knew just how much i would do

Tonight this cant end
Just please give me a little more
I need this little more
Because tonight, im fighting for us more

I dont want everything
Give it away
Because in the morning
We will both be gone
