seems like only yesterday,
I was awaking with you by my side,
Yet
everyday since yesterday,
All I want to do is hide.

didn’t appear to be very special,
Did you know you made me smile?
And ever since that yesterday,
I have not smiled in quite a while
When you said goodbye to me,
I sat on the stairs and began to cry.
Reliving every little yesterday,
Makes my heart slowly die.
It
seems like only yesterday,
You held my heart within your hand.
And every hour since yesterday,
I still try to make my heart understand.
