Shadows

Sadly you are just a reflection of somebody I used to know,
 we didn't even get the chance to beg each other not to go.
Yet you linger like a dream I was never able to touch,
we don't really have the right to miss each other so much.
Now we are fading shadows destined to disappear,
twilight falls around us hiding unshed tears...

.
