Giving Up

I've given up on life,
And I have given up on you,
So tired of having to struggle,
What else am I suppose to do?

You have given me no reason,
And this lack of desire you do not deserve,
My path has lead in a different direction,
My feelings for you I will reserve.

I am looking to find who i am,
In a world that has lost itself,
this journey I must take on my own,
From you i ask of no help.

To know my place in this world,
Puts meaning to my life,
A constant fight put to a hault,
no more pain, no more strife.
